Albatross Lending Group has moved its headquarters from Soho to 33 Creechurch Lane in the City of London.
The specialist lender, which provides commercial, refurbishment and bridging finance, says the move marks the next step in its growth plans. It follows the recent launch of its Commercial Suite and a refresh of its Refurbishment Range.
Preparing for the next phase
Our move to the City reflects the progress Albatross has made.
Lewis Casserley, Co-Founder and Principal at Albatross Lending Group, said the new headquarters is an important step in getting the business ready for its next stage of growth, following recent developments across its product range.
He stressed that the lender's priorities will not change as it grows. It will keep its focus on service quality, an accessible team and strong relationships with brokers, which he described as central to how Albatross operates.
Brokers invited to open afternoon
To mark the move, Albatross will host a broker reception at its new offices on Thursday 5 November 2026, from 3pm to 6pm. The event is open to existing introducers as well as brokers interested in working with the lender, and is a chance to meet the team and hear more about its plans for the coming months.
