ScotLend Group has launched a new website after a period of strong growth for the principal bridging lender.
Since it launched, ScotLend has expanded across England, Wales and Scotland, grown its team and doubled its funding facility with Shawbrook. The new site is designed to reflect the size and reach of the business today. It also makes it quicker for brokers to understand what the lender will do and to get deals in front of the right people.
Everything in one place
The site brings ScotLend's lending criteria, recent case studies, broker resources and team details together in one place. It also adds a simpler process for submitting deals, so brokers can move from first enquiry to submission with less friction.
ScotLend says its core approach has not changed: straightforward conversations, direct access to decision-makers and a focus on keeping good deals moving.
Same approach, bigger business
CEO David Travers said ScotLend was set up to give brokers direct access to bridging specialists who make decisions quickly and keep deals simple.
That DNA has not changed.
What has changed, he said, is the size of the business. The old website no longer reflected the lender ScotLend has become. The new one shows more clearly what it will lend on and the range of deals it completes.
What ScotLend offers
ScotLend provides unregulated first and second charge bridging loans from £30,000 to £2m across England, Wales and Scotland, including the Highlands and Islands. It has no postcode restrictions, can use automated valuations (AVMs) on suitable residential property up to 75% LTV, and can issue terms within an hour.
The new website is live at www.scotlendgroup.co.uk.
